The Lead System plan is $297 a month plus a $500 one-time setup. Growth, which adds local SEO, a new page or article each month, Google Business Profile posts and a monthly report, is $997 a month plus the same setup; founding clients pay $797 a month for their first 12 months. Texting, calling and AI usage are billed separately, based on what you use. All plans are month to month.

Every website project is a fixed fee, agreed in writing before work starts, and paid half to begin and half at final approval, before launch. We share the price after a short conversation, once we know whether a Launch Site or a Custom Site fits, so you’re never quoted for a package that doesn’t. Monthly plans are published: Care is $149/month, Lead System $297/month and Growth $997/month.

Texts, calls and AI replies have small per-use carrier costs. They’re billed to your card based on what you actually use, so a quiet month costs less than a busy one. We’ll estimate it with you before you start.

No. Plans are month to month after the one-time setup. You can update your card or cancel from your billing page at any time. If you leave, your contacts and conversation history are exported to you.

Not without notice. Any change to a plan’s price is announced at least 30 days in advance, and a founding rate is held for the full 12 months it was offered for.

Yes. Checkout is hosted by Stripe, which processes the payment; we never see or store your full card or bank number. You can pay by card or bank transfer (ACH), and you can update your payment method, download invoices or cancel any time from your billing page.

You get a Stripe receipt by email and land on a page with a link to book your setup call. On that call we cover your hours, service area and how you want leads handled. We then connect your number and forms, register your business for texting, write every message with you and test each path before anything goes live.
