The free Website Snapshot
Is the Website Snapshot really free?
Yes. There’s no cost and no obligation. It’s a short, evidence-based review of your public website, and it’s yours to keep whether or not we ever work together.
Is the Snapshot a full website audit?
No. It covers five specific points — clarity, trust, mobile usability, the primary next step and contact friction — using only what anyone can see on your public site. It doesn’t score your site or make claims about your rankings, traffic or revenue.
What do you need from me for a Snapshot?
Your website address, and a sentence about what matters most to your business right now. That’s it.
Website projects
How much does a website cost?
Every project is a fixed fee, agreed in writing before work starts. We share the investment after a short conversation, once we understand what you actually need — so you’re never quoted for a generic package that doesn’t fit.
How long does a project take?
Typically 4–6 weeks from project start. Project start means the agreement is signed, the first payment is made and we have the basic information we need. The biggest factor in timing is how quickly content and feedback come together.
What do you need from us?
Accurate facts about your business, proof you can approve (reviews, credentials, photos), access to your domain and current accounts, and one person who gives consolidated feedback and approves each stage.
Can you improve our existing website instead of replacing it?
Sometimes that’s the better answer. The Snapshot and a short conversation usually make it clear whether focused changes will do the job or a new site is the simpler path.
Do you only work with home-service businesses?
No. We work with businesses that sell a service and depend on inquiries — contractors, clubs and venues, professional firms and local operators. The principles are the same; the details are specific to each.
What isn’t included?
E-commerce stores, custom web applications and complex third-party integrations are outside our website offer. If you need them, we’ll tell you early.
Ownership & technology
Who owns the website?
You do. Your domain, code, content and accounts are set up in your name. Nothing is held hostage, and you can take it anywhere.
Which platform do you build on?
We recommend a platform based on how you’ll run the site — how often it changes, who updates it and what it connects to — and explain the trade-offs before you decide.
Can we update the site ourselves?
Yes. We set things up so your team can update the content you change most often, and we document how.
Do you use AI?
Yes — as a tool for research, drafting and quality checks, never as a substitute for judgment. People make the decisions, and every deliverable is reviewed before it reaches you.
Results & expectations
Will a new website get us more leads?
We can’t promise that, and we’d be wary of anyone who does — results depend on more than a website. What we can do is make your site clearer, faster and easier to act on, and set up the measurement to see what changes after launch.
Do you guarantee search rankings?
No. Rankings depend on factors no one controls. We build the technical and content foundations search engines look for, and we’re specific about what’s included.
BRAxIUM is new. Why should we trust you?
Fair question. We won’t pretend to a track record we don’t have. What we can show you is exactly how we work: the process, the scope, the quality checks and what you’ll own at the end. You should decide whether that gives you confidence.
What happens after launch?
You receive documentation, a walkthrough and a measurement baseline. If you want ongoing help — improvements, or the next layers of the system — we’ll talk about it then. There’s no obligation.
