How it works

Evidence first, always.

Each observation follows the same shape: what we saw, why it may matter to a visitor, and what could be worth discussing. You receive it as a short written summary, and if it’s useful we’re happy to talk it through in a 15-minute conversation.

From the outside we can see the experience your website creates — not your enquiry numbers or how your team handles calls. So the Snapshot doesn’t score your site or make claims about rankings, traffic or revenue. It shows you what a first-time visitor is likely to notice.

Questions

About the Snapshot

Is the Website Snapshot really free?

Yes. There’s no cost and no obligation. It’s a short, evidence-based review of your public website, and it’s yours to keep whether or not we ever work together.

Is the Snapshot a full website audit?

No. It covers five specific points — clarity, trust, mobile usability, the primary next step and contact friction — using only what anyone can see on your public site. It doesn’t score your site or make claims about your rankings, traffic or revenue.

What do you need from me for a Snapshot?

Your website address, and a sentence about what matters most to your business right now. That’s it.
